How covid affects your use of Ringshall Village Hall

Updated 21st. July 2021

Full details are on the gov.uk website HERE

Commencing 21st. July 2021 the majority of covid regulations have been discontinued.

Ringshall village hall is covid compliant and guests should observe and comply with the information posted in the hall.

From Monday 19 July 2021, designated venues are no longer legally required to ask customers, visitors and staff to “check in” (attendees can scan the NHS QR code poster via the NHS COVID-19 app or provide their contact details). Although it isn’t a requirement, users of the hall are strongly encouraged to scan the NHS QR code poster or pass their contact details to the organiser of the event.

The one way system within the hall remains and should be adhered to wherever possible.

Although not mandatory, users of the hall are encouraged to wear face masks.

Good ventilation should be provided, ideally by opening the french doors.

Hirers of the hall should continue to sanitise frequently touched surfaces before and at the conclusion of their event.

These recommendations will be updated as we receive guidance from Acre.

All users of Ringshall Village Hall are required to comply with our covid conditions of hiring (Appendix E) in addition to our standard conditions.

Bar sales.

Card payments only will be accepted for bar sales.

We will continue to provide table service for ordering and payment.

For simplicity orders and payment will be taken per table, not per person.
